  • All Framing and Decking Lumber is Marine Treated Southern Yellow Pine #1's
  • All Docks are bolted with Stainless Steel Bolts (1/2" or 5/8") 304 or 316 grade depending on the customers preference.
  • All Deck Boards Are Screwed Down Using Stainless Steel Deck Screws
  • All Pilings are 2.5 cca Marine Treated (Jetted and Driven a min. of 8'-10' on dock piles and 10' (+) on Boat Lift / Boat House Piles).
  • Roofs Are Decked Using Treated 1" x 6" Rough Sawn or Treated 2" x 6" Tongue And Groove and fastened with Stainless Fastners.
  • All Roof Rafters are Strapped Down using (316) Stainless Steel Simpson Hurricane Straps to prevent rust from leaking into boats.
  • Rope options are 1" White Nylon or 1 1/2" Un-Manila Rope (AKA: Pro-Manila)
  • All Docks include Black Cone Shaped Pile Caps
